The cost of repairs with the repair hammer is : 3 per sec repairing 25 ship durability per sec.Repairing can be done with any shipwright NPC or with a repair hammer, furthermore, supply crates commandeered by your crew can help repair your ships damages. Repair is a feature of ships that allows for damages inflicted onto a ship to be repaired in one of 3 known ways. The amount is 35 x the seconds spent falling, multiplied again by the boat's weight, which is an internal value. Boats will take damage when they fall from the sky.Any boat fitted with a ram deals damage which solely depends on a ship's ram strength stat.Sand and shores of islands are not included in this, and this damage is the same amount taken per tick when sailing over land. Bumping into rocks and other land while travelling in your boat will cause it to take slight damage.(Meaning upgraded hulls would take the same damage as un-upgraded ones from sailing on land, but would give the boat more durability). The amount of damage is dependent on the boat's weight. Travelling over land with your boat will damage it over time.Only Caravels have the ability to use rams.NPC ships have halved aggro range at night and during foggy weather.A notification will be provided at 2 minutes, and another at 30 seconds remaining. Boats will despawn after 2 minutes on player death, given that said player does not enter the seat during that time.Boats have an overhead UI that shows the owner's clan icon, the boat's name, the boat's title if it has one, and the boat's durability bar if it has taken damage.(And will raise back up when repaired later on) Boats will sink lower in the water depending on how much percentage of Durability they have.Anything that is placed in the ship's deck, whether Cargo or Sealed Chests, it will sink alongside with it, but when reaching under surface-level, they will float in the surface.After 4 minutes, the shipwreck of your boat will despawn. When this happens, you will get a notification saying who or what sunk it, and it says that you can spawn the boat again after 2 minutes. Ships can be customized they have slots in which ship parts such as sails, hulls, rams, cannons, and other miscellaneous items can be equipped. You can buy ships and ship supplies at shipwright NPCs found on islands across the map. Ships come in a variety of sizes and shapes, each of which has benefits and drawbacks, they could be large well fortified and armed battle ships or nimble yet flimsy sail boats. ![]() In Arcane Odyssey, ships are the primary method of crossing the ever-vast War Seas. ![]()
